Elisabetta is a highly qualified mental health practitioner specialised in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, counselling and coaching.

Elisabetta has over 10 years professional experience in private practice and the not-for-profit sector. She is a bilingual social worker (Italian and English) and offers a compassionate, non-judgmental and respectful space to individuals experiencing a challenging time in their life.

Elisabetta is a friendly, emphatic, sensitive and highly approachable practitioner.  She provides a safe space where difficult conversations can take place, peace can be found, personal and professional issues can be resolved and long-lasting positive changes achieved.

She merges highly qualified training in therapeutic interventions with her innate wisdom and empathy to find suitable and achievable pathways. Elisabetta offers a range of therapeutic approaches to accompany individual in their journey towards happiness and wellbeing. These therapeutic approaches include EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Client-centred therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based Coaching and Counselling, Attachment-based Psychotherapy, Psychoeducation.
